Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to support its R&D Engineering teams as they develop next-generation restaurant hardware. You will partner with engineering to select parts, vet vendors, and drive end-to-end procurement across multiple concurrent projects.

This role requires strong sourcing, vendor onboarding, and compliance with NSF/UL standards. You will negotiate terms, interpret datasheets, and help shape our evolving procurement processes from the Boston office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sourcing parts for industrial hardware or automation.
• BS in engineering, supply chain, or related technical field.
• Experience with UL/NSF listed products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source parts for hardware/automation across vendors.
• Own procurement end-to-end and manage POs.
• Coordinate with engineering on specs and vendor demos.
• Ensure NSF/UL compliance information is up to date.
