• High School Diploma required; Associate Technical Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/production or R&D testing center, preferably food industry.
• Experience with food processing equipment; able to set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for R&D product development teams.
• Operate a variety of food processing equipment at Plano Process Lab or Technology Process Center.
• Minimize downtime to meet daily development objectives.
• Work in a team environment and collaborate with R&D engineers and scientists.
• Maintain run data sheets, safety, and environmental records; submit work orders.
