PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Operations/Lab Support role in Plano to back Research & Development product development teams. You will operate diverse food processing equipment, assist engineers and scientists, and help maintain safety and quality during development runs.

Based in Plano, you will work across the Process Lab and Technology Process Center, handling equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; Associate Technical Degree preferred; 3+ years in manufacturing or R&D testing in food industry.
• Experience with food processing equipment and test systems.
• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot food processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends; ability to flex between Dallas Technology Process Center and Plano Process Lab.
• Excellent teamwork and communication; safety-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for R&D product development teams.
• Operate a variety of food processing equipment in Plano Process Lab or Technology Process Center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; contribute to equipment reliability.
• Accurately manage daily run information including safety, food safety, and data sheets.
• Coordinate with R&D engineers and scientists to meet test objectives.
• Ensure daily test runs are conducted safely and with minimal downtime.
• Support compliance programs for Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental.
