Qualifications

• Pursuing engineering, food science, agriculture or related degree.
• Must graduate within one year of internship completion.
• Eligible to work in United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic and tactical project goals.
• Familiarity with data science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, execute and launch new products across PepsiCo's portfolio.
• Participate in product development including idea generation, prototype development and production start-up across beverage and snack categories.
• Support R&D engineers and scientists in lab, pilot plant and manufacturing scale environments.
