Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related degree.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Willingness to work in lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and launch new products across PepsiCo’s portfolio.
• Participate in product development, prototype development, and production startup for beverages and snacks.
• Support framework in areas like Compliance, Data Systems, and Global PMO across various teams.
