Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with graduation by May 2028.
• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Commit to May 17 or May 24 start dates for a 12-week internship.
• Has or is willing to organize reliable transportation to the work site.
• Experience from a prior Boston Scientific internship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use your problem-solving abilities to perform meaningful engineering work.
• Develop, program, and test modeling tools for AIS Firmware.
• Support firmware verification and validation through tool development and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, systems, hardware, and clinical engineering.
• Design, fabricate, and test prototype devices to address clinical feedback.
• Analyze large clinical databases to inform device design and procedural technique.
• View live and recorded clinical procedures and develop test methods to replicate use.
