Job summary

Vylor Des Moines, IA is seeking a motivated R&D External Engagements Intern to support planning and executing stakeholder engagements across academia, investors, industry, and partners.

You will collaborate with R&D, Public Affairs, Investor Relations and Strategy teams, conduct research, and deliver a final intern project with learnings and recommendations for the team.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university; undergrad and grads welcome.
• GPA 3.0+.
• Interest in agriculture, science, R&D, comms, business, events, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; condense complex info clearly.
• Attention to detail, follow-through, and multitasking.
• Collaborative yet able to own assigned work and ask questions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint or tracking tools a plus.
• Professionalism, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite or travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D Investor & External Engagement in planning high-impact external engagements.
• Research universities, partners, industry events, and topics to support strategy.
