  • Use contract management tools to enter, update, and maintain accurate agreement information.
  • Research and summarize key agreement terms, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate on projects with TCL team members and partners across R&D, finance, business, and legal operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts, templates, trackers, reference materials, and contract-related databases.
  • Own a primary summer project by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, documenting progress, and sharing updates.
  • Present a final project summary highlighting your work, key takeaways, and the impact of your contributions.
