Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Global Seed Operations Quality intern to support experimental design and data-driven evaluation of seed viability, vigor, and purity. The role spans imaging, sensors, automation, and ML within a collaborative lab environment.

You will analyze data, assist with machine-learning projects, and help document findings for cross-functional teams. This internship runs in Johnston, IA from May to August 2027 and offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge seed-testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agronomy, plant science, seed science, agricultural engineering, biological engineering, data science, computer science, statistics, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in agricultural innovation, seed technology, experimentation, or data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work in Johnston, Iowa, May–August 2027.
