Bivar is seeking an innovative Research & Development Engineering Manager to shape its product portfolio. You will transform market insights into new products, leading development from concept through prototyping to commercialization readiness at our Irvine headquarters.

In this onsite role, travel to customers and events will identify opportunities and shape the company's innovation strategy. Bring 5+ years in R&D and strong 3D CAD and validation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or design for electromechanical/opto-mechanical products.
• Hands-on experience taking products from concept to prototype and commercialization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product development from concept through prototyping and commercialization readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to drive growth and innovation.
