Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing and/or testing electronics equipment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with testing electronics equipment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability and desire to be hands on.
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• As an Engineering Lab Technician, you are responsible for supporting continuous operation of research and development test processes.
• Plans, executes, and reports results of cable test and measurement methods.
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to collect and interpret data which enhances organizational learning.
• Acts as liaison to the manufacturing department during the implementation and validation of new materials, processes, and products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement improvements in wire development.
• Assist in the design and modification of new wire products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance records.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during testing and laboratory activity.
