Qualificações

• At least 3 year MET or EET preferred; or 1-2 years of postsecondary education in Physics or Mathematics.
• Strong aptitude in mechanical systems, geometry, statistics, and numerical analysis.
• Has the ability to perform soldering.
• Ability to read and interpret geometric drawings, schematics, and block diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience with Instron equipment and Bluehill software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute repeatable experiments and characterizations for electrical and mechanical performance.
• Perform basic electrical measurements, including 4-wire resistance measurements.
• Conduct mechanical testing using Instron equipment to obtain force measurements and cycle data.
• Record, store, and analyze data in Excel; prepare reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Maintain lab notebooks with detailed documentation of experiments.
• Prepare samples for testing (potting, polishing, metallography, soldering).
• Collaborate with Signal Integrity, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Sustaining Engineering teams.
• Handle sensitive lab equipment with precision and care.
• Assist with sampling and preparation for product qualification through soldering.
