DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an R&D Engineering Co-Op in the Velys Power Tools group, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.

You will partner with experienced engineers to research, design, test, and evaluate solutions for electro-mechanical tools and cutting instruments, contributing to future surgical technology and improving patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in Junior year or above.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Remain enrolled throughout the internship period.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, test, and evaluate electro-mechanical systems and components for power tools and attachments.
• Explore breakthrough features and user experiences to shape future surgical technology.
