Job summary

Staffing Solutions Enterprises seeks an experienced R&D Engineer specializing in wire and cable technology. You will bridge manufacturing, suppliers and product teams to uphold quality, safety and performance, while managing specs and supplier compliance. Lead new product development efforts with detailed CAD drawings and documentation.

Relocation is open, with travel ~25% to supplier visits and industry events. On-site work at the Macedonia, OH office is required several days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing and evaluating designs.
• Ability to interpret inspection reports and ensure compliance.
• Experience creating drawings, specs, BOMs using CAD tools.
• Supplier management and qualification testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a link between manufacturing, suppliers and product teams.
• Manage specifications, supplier compliance, and documentation.
• Support new product development and product excellence initiatives.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, BOMs and documentation.
