Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a hands-on R&D Engineer to support vehicle data collection, prototype installation, and validation activities for the U.S. market.

You will perform 3D scanning, 3D-printed prototype validation, and detailed documentation, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure fitment and compliance.

Ideal candidates have mechanical/automotive background and be comfortable working with physical products and field testing.

Qualifications

• Engineering mindset with hands-on problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & OE component 3D data collection and scanning planning.
• 3D scanning of target pickups and structural areas, and data capture.
• Install and evaluate 3D-printed prototypes on vehicles.
• Validate production-intent prototypes and document fitment.
• Capture technical photos/videos and organize validation records.
• Coordinate U.S. market requirements and interface with external labs.
