What You'll Do

• Research and develop innovative new solutions that will help to shape the future direction of Broadcom.
• Work within a scrum team in an agile development environment, with an opportunity to gain exposure to many of the key agile roles.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Participate in test plan reviews and develop automated test scripts to deliver high quality software solutions.

What You Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Prior experience as a developer in VSE, z/VM or z/OS platforms.
• Strong Assembler skills.
• Knowledge and related product expertise in one or more of the VSE subsystems, POWER and CICS.

Additional skills that will benefit your efforts

• Experience working in mainframe VSE environments - z/VM, VSE JCL.
• Experience with mainframe VSE programming languages - Assembler and REXX, VSE macro.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is To. As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
