This role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, is part of our future transition when the company separates. The position will transfer to the new, independent company, Solstice Advanced Materials, expected in late 2025 or early 2026.
As an R&D Engineer/Scientist II, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities aligned with organizational goals. You will use your technical expertise to design and execute experiments, simulations, and analyses to develop new technologies and products.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions and influence the company's future. Collaboration with internal and external partners will be essential to leverage expertise and ensure R&D projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and our quality and safety protocols.
