Job summary

Amcor Limited in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level teammate to support and contribute to development programs that deliver customer value and profitable growth. You will engage in research, applications development, material enhancements and cost-out initiatives within our R&D ecosystem.

Level I responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, applying Design of Experiment and Statistical Analysis, and learning risk management as part of Stage Gate programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science preferred).
• Co-op and/or industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in applying scientific methodology (DOE and statistical analysis).
• Curious nature with adaptable learning and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to programs, providing solutions valued by customers and driving profitable growth.
• Work may include research, applications development, material enhancements and/or cost-out initiatives.
• Level I: operate across existing and supporting new applications; provide technical/support across products and processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve challenges and ensure sustained solution ownership.
• Assist with Stage Gate programs while learning core risk management principles and processes.
