Job summary

Hayden Industrial seeks an experienced R&D Engineer to lead product lines from concept through launch, aligning customer needs with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams. You will define specifications, performance targets, and roadmap priorities while driving manufacturability and cost targets across the CRAH and air-cooled systems portfolio.

The role requires strong collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality, with a focus on robust product development and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering.
• 5+ years in HVAC or related thermal equipment.
• Experience with product development and cross-functional releases.
• Understanding manufacturability and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product lines from concept through launch.
• Define specifications, features, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and R&D across teams.
• Own lifecycle management and roadmaps for product lines.
• Support manufacturability and cost targets through development.
