Imperative Care in Campbell, CA is seeking an R&D Engineer I to join our endovascular-device team. You will contribute to early design, prototyping, testing, and documentation to help bring new devices to market.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and under 2 years of experience, plus familiarity with Minitab and CAD. Knowledge of GMP/ISO quality systems is preferred; this is an on-site role with occasional travel.

As a new professional in R&D, this role will assist in the early phase of design and development of endovascular-interventional medical devices. This position will participate in creative brainstorming, conceptualization and realization (prototyping) of new devices with guidance and in conjunction with other more experienced engineers. Responsibilities will include problem solving, hypothesis testing, test method development, design documentation, specification setting, prototyping, testing, data analysis, and report generation
Salary Range: $90,000 – 96,000/annually
