Imperative Care in Campbell, California is seeking a Staff R&D Engineer for endovascular product development. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in developing medical device instruments, and will lead design and lifecycle management. As an advanced professional, this position will lead and support the design and ongoing life cycle management of endovascular products through design development, verification/validation, and manufacturability assessments. This position uses advanced expertise and deep technical knowledge to design innovative new products and solutions that advance product development initiatives. This role determines best course of action to solve complex situations and serves as the R&D lead on cross-functional project teams, mentoring other junior R&D engineers to contribute to their development.
