Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an R&D Engineer to advance infrared phenomenology and techniques. You will support infrared sensor data analysis and develop modeling, simulation, and analysis capabilities for PED data from infrared sensors and other sensors as needed.

Qualifications

• Programming in Python, Matlab, or C++.
• Strong engineering and mathematical background for EO/IR signature generation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software packages.
• R&D on remotely sensed data including modeling and analysis algorithm development.
• Provide input to test or analysis reports and briefings.
• Produce reports on algorithm and tool development and enhancement.
