Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking an R&D Physicist to advance infrared phenomenology and techniques and to support PED data processing and dissemination for infrared sensors and other sensors as needed.

Qualifications

Programming in Python, Matlab or C++ is required.
Engineering/mathematics background in EO/IR/RF signature generation.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Active Secret Clearance required; BS in Physics or Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement algorithms for EO/IR/RF phenomenologies.
Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software packages.
R&D on remotely sensed data, including modeling and analysis algorithm development.
Provide input to test or analysis reports and briefings.
Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement.
