Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Ohio is seeking an R&D Physicist to advance infrared phenomenology and processing for PED of infrared sensors. You will help develop missile and aircraft modeling for physics-based signature estimation and work with engineers and analysts on advanced intelligence analysis.

You will implement EO/IR/RF algorithms, generate signatures with COTS/GOTS software, and contribute to data analysis and reporting. Radiance offers employee ownership and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with EO/IR signature phenomenologies in passive remote sensing.
• Experience with missile/aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement algorithms for EO/IR/RF phenomenologies.
• Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software packages.
• R&D on remotely sensed data including modeling and analysis algorithm development.
• Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement.
