Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join the ICTBG team supporting Data Center Power Solutions across the United States. You will develop and support power infrastructure, collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Design, and engage directly with customers to drive deployment and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field.
• 3–6 years in Power Electronics with strong Low Power and Medium Voltage experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of data center power infrastructure and critical power systems.
• Experience supporting or designing UPS systems, STS, PDU, and RPP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or large-scale data center operators.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for Delta data center power products.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and improvements across hyperscale and COLO environments.
• Develop and maintain technical troubleshooting documentation and SOPs.
• Train and support Field Service Engineers with training materials.
• Collect customer feedback and translate into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Design teams.
