Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Research and Development Digital Product Owner in Lisle, IL. The role leads the intersection of business needs and technical delivery, shaping digital capabilities for quality and R&D.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, warranty, and IT to transform data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and delivering AI-enabled analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
Master's degree and at least 1 year of technical project/program management experience.
At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with R&D, quality priorities, and business goals.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize the product backlog.
Translate quality and engineering needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver analytics, AI, and digital quality tools.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities to support root cause identification, defect prevention, and proactive decision-making.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Manage product risks, dependencies, and competing priorities while balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
