Job summary

- Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with priorities and objectives.
- Identify opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize backlog.
- Translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with IT, data teams to deliver analytics and digital tools.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
- Drive analytics capabilities for root cause identification and prevention.
- Communicate priorities between business and technical teams.
