Position Scope

This role involves mechanical engineering, design, and analysis with a focus on pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, analyzing, and prototyping mechanisms like linkages, levers, pneumatic devices, solenoids, and motor operators. A background in analysis and design of mechanical devices and subsystems is essential, with extracurricular activities demonstrating these skills being a plus.

Desired Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of design, analysis, and development of mechanical or electro-mechanical devices; understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA (preferred), Creo, or SolidWorks
• Ability to perform basic measurements and inspections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to produce engineering reports and document work effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
