Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications to guide design work.
• Operates CAD to layout and develop related products and assemblies.
• Applies GD&T, DFA, and DFMEA principles in design and analysis.
• Understands tolerance stack analysis and material properties for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative components, assemblies, and processes for production needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during design, development, validation and launch.
• Prepare Product Specifications and release documents with Sales and customers.
• Construct Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) aligned with requirements and DFMEA.
• Support R&D activities and assist with fielded product improvements.
