Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling, capital equipment, gauges and fixtures for new products.
• Proficient in CAD 2-D/3-D modeling.
• Develop manufacturing routings.
• Execute admin procedures (RFQ’s, ECR’s, ECN’s).
• Review production capacity.
• Define process capability through measurement and studies.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Manage assigned areas of Orscheln business.
• Troubleshoot tool, equipment and process issues.
• Develop job instruction sheets.
• MRB authority/disposition.
