Job summary

Prinova USA in Carol Stream, IL seeks a skilled R&D Data and Commercialization Specialist to lead data-driven processes in commercialization. You will collaborate with R&D and other teams to optimize ECO workflows and ensure accurate information flow across systems.

The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination within a full-time on-site environment in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Experience with process flow and/or production blending.

• AS/AA Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or Chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECO processes (EN, NM, NE, FB) and monitor flow.
• Drive continuous improvement in R&D and ECO processes.
• Develop feedback from FB processes for customers and production.
• Organize information across multiple systems with R&D support.
• Oversee MMR WO R&D sign-off with continuous improvement.
• Develop feedback loop for production on blending.
• Write and improve work order instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

R&D Data and Commercialization Specialist

Department: R&D, Solutions

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Type: Full-time

Summary: The R&D Data and Communication Specialist works with internal data to lead the process flow in the commercialization process.

• Understand, lead, and monitor the following ECO processes: EN, NM, NE, and FB.
• Be the primary lead for R&D and work with other teams to do continuous improvement on the ECO process.
• Develop and roll out a process to gather feedback from FB processes from customers and production
• Manage the drive to organize information in multiple systems with the help of other R&D members.
• Responsible for the MMR WO R&D sign-off process along with continuous improvement
• Steer the development of a feedback loop for production on blending
• Learn, write, and improve our work order instructions
• Will complete other duties as assigned.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Either 5+ years of experience at a blending company OR 2+ years of experience in the fortification development industry
• AS/AA Degree – Food Science/Nutrition/Chemistry preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Either have process flow and design experience or have production blending experience (both are preferred).
• Have a working understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Have experience with reading and working with work orders and technical documentation.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
• Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
