Job summary

L&R USA’s R&D team is seeking an R&D Project Specialist to drive new product development and product improvement projects. You will coordinate timelines, documentation, testing, and cross-functional communication with design, manufacturing, marketing, quality/regulatory, and external clinicians.

The role may involve patient-related evaluations and feedback activities to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, science, healthcare, business or related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination or product development support experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in regulated environments like medical devices or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, documentation, testing, and cross-functional communications.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and status updates.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and quality/regulatory teams.
• Support product evaluations, wear tests, and clinician feedback.
• Assist with launch readiness and cross-functional input collection.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and attention to detail.
