Qualifications

• PhD in inorganic or electrochemistry or related field with 3+ years of research experience.
• Experience in wet chemistry labs and handling of chemicals.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and procedural discipline.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new surface treatment products for PCB, MIM, connectors, and IC substrates.
• Formulate testing strategies and modify existing products.
• Draft presentations and patent disclosures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with scientists, product managers, and marketing managers globally.
