• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation of new chemistries for industrial markets, with emphasis on metalworking fluids.
• Improve existing product portfolio through hands-on lab work and customer exposure.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Raw Materials for supply resilience.
• Support ISO-driven processes and safety data sheet reviews.
• Develop tests and procedures for product monitoring and performance verification.
• Mentor team members and document technical bulletins and datasheets.
