MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in the United States seeks an innovative R&D Chemist II to join our global research and development team. You will design experiments, develop new formulations and contribute to materials and processes with strong analytical rigor.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions, while supporting scale-up and technology transfer to production sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in an R&D laboratory environment; industrial experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to develop chemical formulations or processes.
• Analyze, document results and evaluate performance, stability, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support scale-up/tech transfer.
