Job summary

Element Solutions Inc, a leading innovator in electronic materials, seeks an R&D Chemist II to join the global research team. You will design and test new formulations, analyze results, and support scale‑up activities and technology transfer to production sites.

Ideal candidates bring strong chemistry fundamentals, hands‑on lab experience, and the ability to collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to deliver commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related discipline; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Experience in an R&D laboratory environment; industrial experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of organic, inorganic, polymer chemistry or physical chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Design laboratory experiments to develop new formulations, materials, or processes.
• Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results.
• Support scale‑up activities and technology transfer to production sites.
