Job summary

CSL Behring seeks an experienced leader to drive resource capacity management and scheduling for global R&D programs. You will define operating models, establish governance, and partner with PMO, Finance, and HR to align capacity with portfolio priorities.

You will develop analytics, dashboards, and scenarios to improve milestone predictability and drive continuous improvement across R&D capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in R&D operations, capacity/resource management, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with familiarity using tools like Planisware, Anaplan, Clarity or similar resource management and scheduling platforms.
• Proven excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for R&D capacity planning and scheduling.
• Define and evolve capacity and scheduling strategy aligned to portfolio governance and delivery priorities.
• Establish operating models for capacity, demand, and scheduling; define roles and processes.
• Develop standard definitions and reporting conventions for capacity, demand, baseline vs. forecast, and critical path.
• Produce dashboards and insights on capacity vs. demand, schedule health, and risk across R&D.
