Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a senior leader to build and guide the R&D Resource and Schedule Management function. You will define capacity strategies, establish governance, and drive utilization aligned with portfolio priorities.

This role partners with PMO, Finance, and HR to embed capacity insights into strategic decisions. The position requires extensive experience in R&D operations, capacity planning, and transformation initiatives, with strong analytics and proficiency in planning tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in R&D operations, capacity/resource management, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with familiarity using planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the resource capacity and schedule management strategy for R&D.
• Establish operating model for capacity, demand & scheduling including roles and processes.
• Drive adoption of standard definitions and reporting conventions across functions.
• Produce dashboards and insights for R&D leadership on capacity vs. demand and milestone predictability.
• Partner with PMO, Portfolio Oversight, Finance and HR to integrate capacity insights into decisions.
• Develop and deliver training for PMs and managers on resource planning and schedule management.
