Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Process Technology Lead to guide the site Process Engineering team in delivering CAPEX/OPEX projects and coordinating global resource support for site initiatives. This role drives the scope, development, construction and qualification of new equipment to meet production throughput demands.

The position requires strong leadership of a mid-sized team, collaboration with senior leaders, and accountability for cGMP compliance and regulatory readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Science required.
• Advanced degree in Engineering/Science or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-disciplinary project teams through life cycle activities to deliver capacity expansion capabilities to meet global and local strategic requirements.
• Develops Process Automation Strategy for project activities and aligns instrumentation/automation with product Quality by Design.
• Responsible for providing cGMP compliant processes and facilities for FDA/global regulatory approval.
• Oversees project teams through turnover to routine commercial production.
• Generates regular project reports (financial updates, schedules, risks) for senior site management and Global Steering Committees.
