Dow is seeking 2026-2027 Campus Graduates for Research & Development in locations such as Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other North American sites. As BS/MS researchers, you will develop technical solutions, optimize processes, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to grow problem-solving skills across R&D disciplines, support deployment of new products, and collaborate with Dow teams while advancing your career in a structured Early Career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.
