Job summary
Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate BS/MS researchers for a career in Research & Development in locations such as Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other North America sites.
As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology. You will have opportunities to contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals, work across business units, and join our Early Career Program designed for individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or other related disciplines.
- Graduation date no later than September 2027.
- US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Optimize processes and applications to meet customer objectives.
- Collaborate across Dow teams to drive initiatives.
- Assist deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
