Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate candidates for a Research & Development career in North America, including Texas. As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, troubleshoot customer problems, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals.

You will gain exposure to process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science, with opportunities across multiple business units and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry/engineering/science disciplines with graduation by Sep 2027.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (preferred).
