Vylor is seeking an R&D Business Requirements Analyst Intern to join our Farming Solutions & Digital organization. You will learn to create documentation, wireframes, and persona work products while collaborating with domain experts across software, data science, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or AA credential, have a 3.0+ GPA, and can communicate effectively to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or AA certificate program in a relevant field.
  • GPA 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in small to mid-size groups.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the R&D platform team to create project and process documentation – revising/templates/artifacts for various audiences.
  • Develop methods to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Create high-level system wireframes, interview users, map processes, and develop personas to clarify digital ecosystem requirements.
  • Drive the creation of project specifications with software engineering, data science, and data engineering teams.

Vylor is seeking a R&D Business Requirements Analyst Intern to join our fast-paced Farming Solutions & Digital organization that uses leading edge technologies and design practices to accelerate Corteva Agriscience Research & Development (R&D). As a R&D Business Requirements Analyst intern you must be passionate and curious about technology and the desire to succeed. You will have a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge of digital solutions. You must have a strong drive for excellence, excel in using creative approaches to solving complex problems, and possess an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the R&D platform team to create project and process documentation – revising, renewing or writing templates, artifacts and/or presentations for a variety of audiences
  • Develop methods and/or artifacts to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner
  • Create high-level system wireframes, interview users, create process flow maps, and develop personas to provide clarity on overall digital ecosystem requirements and connections
  • Drive the creation of comprehensive project component specifications in partnership with domain and/or project analyst for a Software Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering development team
Qualifications
Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or AA certification in computer science, information technology, ag science, marketing, communications, business analyst emphasis or related field
  • Comfort with the unknown, asking questions, and being inquisitive
  • Ability to dive in, position yourself for success by building relationships, learning quickly, and trying new things
  • Possess excellent requirements gathering and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • A confident speaker; able to articulate messages well in small to medium size groups
  • Ability to handle conflict and approach negotiations in a diplomatic but confident manner
  • Experience prioritizing and breaking down complex requests into small chunks
  • Knowledge of plant breeding/ag industry encouraged
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required
