Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an enthusiastic R&D Automation Associate to join the Development team of the Automation Core.

You will implement and optimize automated processes to meet evolving scientific challenges, collaborating with diverse engineers and scientists. The ideal candidate has a life sciences or engineering background with exposure to laboratory automation, Hamilton systems, and scripting in Python or C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 0-3 years' experience with automation systems in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Strong collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot robotic methods on liquid handling devices and supporting systems.
• Transfer and revalidate processes to other Automation Core systems.
• Validate protocols for production release through testing and documentation.
• Document tasks and progress using JIRA and project trackers.
• Contribute to development discussions and present work at department meetings.
