Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Laboratory Automation & Robotics Engineering Co-Op to support preclinical manufacturing. The role focuses on advancing automation infrastructure, enhancing lab efficiency, and maintaining liquid-handling robotics through hands-on lab support and scripting.

You will collaborate with engineers and scientists across upstream, downstream, and analytics teams, build and test lab tooling, and document processes to ensure robust automation workflows.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred; demonstrated leadership desirable.
• Ability to commit to full-time onsite work for a specified term.

Responsibilities

• Build/test lab tooling for automation deployments and workflows.
• Write scripts for lab workflows and process automation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain robotics hardware.
• Collaborate across engineering, biology, and analytics teams on automation projects.
• Document processes and share learnings with the team.
