Qualifikationen

• BS Degree in Chemistry (Analytical/Separation Science, Organic, or Physical) or related field.
• 7+ years of analytical chemistry experience in regulated pharma/OTC/consumer products.
• Deep expertise in analytical/separation sciences incl. chromatographic and MS technologies.
• Experience implementing innovative analytical approaches for product development/quality.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance in pharma/OTC/consumer health.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing scientific teams in a matrix org.
• Broad chemistry knowledge to assess complex analytical issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provides HR and technical oversight to a team of analytical scientists supporting R&D innovation/product development.
• Leads and allocates analytical resources for developing Wellness products across dosage forms.
• Ensures projects are planned and executed with sound technical principles and timelines.
• Ensures Compliance with GMP, ICH, and R&D policies and procedures.
• Supports technology transfer and manages departmental operations/lab facilities.
• Leads or participates in due diligence and new business opportunities as needed.
• Collaborates with Formulations, Quality & Supply Chain and third-party labs to support analytical chemistry.
• Directs test method development, validation, and transfer for commercial testing.
• Leads efforts to enhance technical capabilities and develop staff.
• Delivers presentations and writes communications for internal/external partners and authorities.
