Entegris in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Spring 2027 R&D Analytical Chemist Co-Op for a 6-month assignment. You will train on ICP-MS, GC, and FTIR, supporting method development and validation in semiconductor materials. This role offers mentorship and exposure to global projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Analytical Chemistry, with a January start and a 40-hour work week. Sponsorship is not offered for this vacancy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Analytical Chemistry.
• Must be enrolled and able to start January 2027 for a 6-month co-op.
• Available to work 40 hours/week, M-F (8a-5p).
• No sponsorship required for H1-B now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Train on multiple analytical instruments (ICP-MS, GC, FTIR).
• Handle hazardous materials including toxic, corrosive, and air-sensitive substances.
• Support method development and validation for real-world semiconductor materials challenges.
• Receive mentorship in a high-performing industry environment.
• Present and communicate technical outcomes to diverse audiences.
