Job summary

Red Nucleus is expanding its Advisory practice and hiring a Managing Director for the R&D Advisory group. As a senior leader, you will design innovative solutions, source and lead projects, and drive growth, while setting strategic direction for the advisory business.

You will build and manage a global delivery team, foster a culture of excellence, and guide multiple accounts to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a trusted advisor for clients; translate needs into bespoke service offerings.
• Oversee design and implementation of solutions to drive engagement success.
• Source from network, secure and lead a $3M annual book of business; develop plans to meet revenue targets.
• Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop solutions.
