DarusSalam Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated female Hifz instructors to join our TahfizProgram, starting June 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to guide young learners in Qur’anmemorization and Islamic studies in a nurturing, structured environment.

Position Overview

As a Hifz Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing the memorization and progress of full-timeQur’an memorization students, ensuring the strength of their memorization, proper application of tajwīd,and their development in foundational Islamic studies, while fostering spiritual growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Hifz with sound application of tajwīd
• Prior experience teaching Hifz or working with students in a structured learning environment
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a productive learning atmosphere
• Energetic, approachable, and able to build meaningful connections with students
• Committed to nurturing students’ spiritual, academic, and personal development
• Knowledgeable in foundational Islamic studies, including sīrah, ḥadīth, fiqh, etc.
• Ability to maintain positive communication with parents and administration
• Open to professional development, training, and ongoing improvement
• Committed to maintaining and implementing DarusSalam’s educational standards and policies
• Organized, dependable, and able to effectively monitor and track student progress

Responsibilities

• Teach Qur’an memorization to classes of approximately 10 students
• Deliver engaging Islamic studies lessons tailored for younger learners
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages learning and growth

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
