Foundation Building Materials is seeking a Quoting Coordinator in Manchester, NH to manage day-to-day quoting and pricing strategy for assigned branches and regions. You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Sales Management, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate, timely price quotes that support sales commitments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in sales support or pricing coordination within construction materials, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, pricing coordination, estimating, or a related role within construction materials or distribution.
• Strong understanding of pricing fundamentals, margin considerations, and project-based sales support.
• Experience with CRM platforms, pricing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer pricing requests and bid opportunities with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive price quotes aligned with project scope, market conditions, and margin objectives.
• Manage revisions and re-quotes as project requirements, quantities, or timelines change.
• Provide pricing feedback and recommendations to sales leadership based on vendor input and market dynamics.
• Evaluate financial risk, profitability, and competitive positioning when developing quotes and make recommendations that impact business outcomes.
• Exercise judgment in determining when pricing exceptions or escalations are warranted.
• Send RFQs to vendors to secure pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Maintain and update pricing matrices and records in CRM and pricing tools.
• Create and maintain opportunities, quotes, and job records in CRM systems.
• Lead or coordinate submittal packages, project documentation, and pre-construction requirements.
• Attend sales and coordination meetings and provide quoting and pricing insights.
• Ensure quotes and revisions are documented and auditable.
